They're adorable!! Who would have known. I'm so glad I stumbled across this!

My hubby made a lame joke "why would I want to see them, they hog all the hedges!!?"
Too funny.

Almost forgot to mention, they are getting very sharp now and are kind of hard to pick up. They should be opening their eyes sometime this weekend.

I love hearing and seeing about the babies. This is a great picture of them with their mother. I still can't see the differance between them. Could you take a picture of a pinto and chocolate together showing us the difference? Thanks for keeping us posted.

Oh these are so cute. A few years ago I wanted one so much but now we have dogs and cats and I don't think it would work out. They are just adorable.

Marci, the Chocolate and Pinto are really the same color, but the Pinto has white spots on it. I will post some pictures of both. You can clearly see the white spots on the Pintos now. The Chocolates are all one color.

This is a great photo, mama is very pretty...you breed hedge hogs, right?? Do people keep them as pets? I remembered when you posted the first batch of hedgehog photos awhile back and was wondering if there was that much of a demand for them...I have never met anyone with a hedgehog, (although I must say they are super cute, and I wouldn't mind having one...but they also look like the hurt!) I am very interested to know...

Hedgehogs can be good pets. Dogs and cats don't really bother them as they are caged pets. I do not let the dogs and hedgehogs interact. They can get where they really like to be held, but mostly they want to explore.
