Here's my Happy Thanksgiving Wish to All

I truly hope your turkey is well-basted.  Your oven lives.  Your cakes rise and your family behaves.  I have 2/3 of my family coming which mean 12 people for dinner.  My daughter-in-law is due in December and can't make the trip.  : {  We'll see them this weekend, but it's supposed to snow.  Anyway, my wish for all is journey mercies if you're traveling, and a wonderful time with your families.

Happy Thanksgiving to you too. We are having our first Thanksgiving alone (maybe my son will show up) and we've just decided that this is the strange year for us for both holidays. We have always gone to the inlaws, and this year they invited all these other people we don't know, so we passed on going. I'm really fine with it...but, it will be odd.
