Study Study Study.... My test is tomorrow!!!! I Look at my book and go HUH... I don't remember that... CRAZY... Funny thing is... I know I know this stuff... BREATHE... LOL... This is a multiple choice test right???... OMG... I am freaking out... Please calm me down

I did the same thing all through college.... stop studying right now...go take a hot relaxing bath, drink a cup of hot tea or hot chocolate...take a break for about an hour, then right before you go to bed skim over the material again... it is amazing how you can retain more doing this simple exercise...my daughter is in college and has 5 advanced college courses studying to become an english lit.professor and maintains a 4.0...by doing it...hugs and relax...you can do it

Trinity, just relax, if you know you know it..take a break...close the book...light some great smelling candles...put a movie in the dvd player, and relax for a while!! You'll do fine!!!
