Which Quilt Top Do You Pefer ?

I made quilt top awhile ago it is called “ Denim Rag Quilt” and I used old jeans to make the blocks. The seams show on top and will be allowed to ravel. I made it for myself, but when my daughter said she liked it I decided I might give it to her. She said she preferred to not have the seams show. I sat down today and sewed another quilt top. The arrangement is different because I didn’t have much left of the other fabric and so I had up to pick up some more old blue jeans.  Well, then I spread them out on the bed one at a time, she decided to go with the rag quilt after all, as she liked the colour arrangement a lot better. Since she is my daughter I will let her have the rag quilt.   So which quilt top do you like the best and why?

i don't usually like rag quilts but i really like the color arrangement in yours. So i have to go with the first one.

I'm not so sure I like the seams showing but I like the colors in the first one better. So I go with #1. :) They both are beautiful!

I like them both, actually...
I think it would be cool to have a quilt that has #1 on one side and #2 on the flip side. :-)

My preference is the seams not showing.
However, the first one is wonderful also. I guess I'm not much help am I?;)

I would pick #1 for my room and #2 if it was for my daughters' room. They are both beautiful!

I like #1....I think the seams give it more character.
Both are awesome. If I were to purchase one, I'd choose 2.

For me I would perfer the seams not showing but I love the flow of the colors in the first one. By the time I wrote that last line ; I have to say the rustic look of the seems grew on me and I would love it in the right room. I guess that is called ART!

If it were for a young person I like the seam showing. For an older I thin the smooth is best. Beautiful and what a good way to use up old jeans and things.
I prefer the seams being hidden, unless it's in fleece, then I don't mind it being ragged.
