Anyone have uses for Seltzer Water??

Besides drinks, silly!  Bought it by mistake.  Can I use it for cleaning or ????

Just wondering.  Hate to see it go to waste, but not too big of a deal.  Thanks for sharing your ideas...

Feel free to surf the web for ideas, they don't have to be ones that you came up with personally.  Recipes are welcome, but we don't drink much.

I'm not a huge fan of plain seltzer, but I love cranberry juice but find it too strong sometimes, mixing it with some plain seltzer makes it bubbly and really yummy :)

and of course its great for getting out stains

Sorry, but going to give you a recipe anyway, try adding it to a strong brew of ice tea. Gives a real snazzy taste with the bubbles.

I have a file on my computer about this. It mostly mentions cleaning - removing rust, removing stains. But here are 2 other ideas: If you have plants, they love the extra minerals. :)

Ooops..and you can make fluffier pancakes if you use this as the liquid in the recipe.

I like the fluffier pancakes AND the plant idea. Hmm, maybe I'll buy it on purpose next time. It's alright to drop by and say hi, I don't mind...

I love to use it to make Greek lemonade- just squeeze in some fresh lemon juice (or lime) and add some sugar.

Add a bunch of fresh lemons or limes. Maybe a sprig of fresh mint crushed against the glass.

I came not knowing a thing about what to do with seltzer water except I don't like to drink it plain, so I don't drink it. But now I am going away knowing to feed my plants with it and that it gets out stains. How nice. It amazes me the things I learn on gather.

I love adding it to juices and such. Most of them are too strong for me anyway and it almost fools my tummy into thinking that it is the usual Diet Coke, only healthier!
