I can't imagine that many deaths from a storm! I feel so bad for all these people!

With Katrina, The Tsunamis and now this; these storms just seem to be getting more brutal each time. Throw in the wildfires that were caused to spread by the weather and the drought down South and it's all a scary thing when you consider the power of nature! Or maybe even worse if it is being made more severe by man's effect on nature!

Bangladesh was created when India was given or took self rule from Britain. What is now Bangladesh was never a good country to live in because so much is so close to sea level.

Many prayers, they just can't get a break. I know when I was growing up they were the poorest country in the world. Seeing this news now reminds me of how blessed we truly are to live in the US.

Thank you for the reminder to stop and pray for those who are suffering. I know I sometimes get so wrapped up with my own minor issues, I forget that others are in greater need.
