Add soysause and reheat.fried rice is good, you can throw anything in it.
Add broth and make soup.
When do you go home for Thanksgiving? Hopefully soon....
And YES, jasmine rice is the best....
Got a can of soup? Heat the soup and add the rice to make it a more satisfying meal.
If there is a puddle of dressing or butter, or whatever at the bottom of the bowl, it's too much. Add it a little at a time.
It makes a good side dish, or you can add some steamed veggies, chopped meat or fish and make a one dish meal.

Personally, I like to have my rice with rice seasoning (otherwise known as furikake), which can be found in the Asian aisle of your local grocery store or any Asian type store.
