Thought I would post my new plan to walk on the treadmill on a daily basis.
I Got on last night during The Biggest Loser (hubby got mad and went to bed) and walked with the biggest loser cast.
I was able to walk 10 minutes at 2.7-3.1 miles an hour. Tried to speed it up but darn near fell off, thought I had better wait.
But I figure 10 minutes was better than nothing to start out with.
What do you think?
