My grandfather (deceased) was full blooded French Canadian. My mother says my birth father was part Creole French. So that means I have some French in me, somewhere. I've also been told by my grandmother (deceased), I have some Welsh too. When I was little, I remember speaking some French.
My husband's father (deceased) was Mexican. Phil's (my hubby) mother is caucasion. Phil doesn't speak a word of spanish. Phil's grandmother doesn't speak any english, so when we go to visit her, we need to bring a translator. The funny thing? Phil is fluent in French! Which is good for me, when I'm working on my genealogy and trying to find my French ancestry. His French really comes in handy.
What is your ancestral heritage?
Do you have a family tree?
Have you traveled to where your ancestors used to live?
I mainly want to know what your heritage is, if you know it. But you can answer the other questions as well.

LOL Micky!
Nice heritage mix Juan. Have you ever been to Italy? I've always wanted to visit Italy.
My mother is related to Charlemagne & he had like 50 million concubines (of course I am exaggerating, but yeah he had a lot). My mom's last name sounds French (I am not giving my mom's maiden name out online LOL) So that is how my heritage goes ;o).
My husband doesn't know much about his & it makes me want to do his genealogy.
That's ok William, I don't know all of my heritage, I wish I did though.
That's neat Pam. Greek! Cool. I've been told by my mom that my grandfather had a little bit of Indian, but I don't know what kind or how much, so I didn't mention it in my article. And since my mom disowned me...well I'll probably never know. lol
My other grandparents...my grandfather's father was adopted so no one knows, my grandmother married my grandfather during WWII they met in her homeland of England.
I am Irish, English, French Canadian and Indian...
This comment and rating of your older gather content was an idea Steve the Legend had on how to give a Christmas gift to our Gather connections. He recently posted an article with the suggestion to go back to some of our connections and read their earlier content from before I was connected to you. You are the 12th connection I have done this with so far, Hollie. I hope you have a great holiday season.
Rather boring here Irish/German. Some native American on moms side....
I traced us back into the late 1600's.
I doubt dads side was born here, can not find much on them and they are passed on. No shirt, no shoes, no Irishmen. So my family opened business's for the Irish. They hated my mom's family, big family stink..... To bad records were burned up in the late 1800's when Irish were running to America. Family bible was a big help....
