EASY CROCK POT THREE-BEAN CHILI
1-15 oz. can no-salt red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1-15 oz. can white beans, rinsed and drained
1-15 oz. can low sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
1-14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 cup beer or chicken broth
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
Sour cream
Shredded cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS:
1. In 4-quart crook pot, combine kidney beans, white beans, black beans, undrained tomatoes, beer, chocolate syrup, chili powder and Cajun seasoning.
2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Serve in soup bowls, topped with sour cream and cheese. Serves 4.

I don't blame you! I like using black beans a lot more than kidney beans. I used to cook with dark red kidney beans almost exclusively (back in the day). My family likes the black ones better. And, black beans have recently been reported to be an extremely good source of nutritional antioxidants.
