I have a zillion things to do... who knows which ones will get done? I've been trying to find time to work on my novel but it's very hard because unless the house is absolutely silent I really can't think to write.
So what are you doing today? Working? Playing? Visiting? Tell me about it.
At least if I'm busy reading about your life I can avoid doing my laundry for a little while longer... LOL
Seriously, though. Talk to me!

Hopefully I can make it to the first paranormal event in the plot. I've been frothing at the mouth to begin this part of the novel.. and gosh it's been a long time coming!
OMG Mother! Good drugs? LOL J/K I have no idea. Daydream? Pretend you're taking notes but start on your Great American Novel instead?

Blessings everyone,
Mary Mc
Oh, and working of course.
Good morning, Harrel!
: )
Hi Mary, hope the skin irritation is something easily remedied! Dinner sounds nice. I love ballroom dancing, but never find the time to watch TV.
David, when does your puppy come home?
Since I am so ever busy I will pop in to check all you lazy bums :-) out during the day.
Have a good one.
Danielle, take a snack with you so you can chow down as soon as they're done!
Harrel, I'm sure that when you're ready the list will be worth waiting for.
: )
What I don't understand is that if I ain't got nuttin to do, how come I ain't got enuff time to do it?
Aw nuts, I gotta brush up on my communication skills.
I have to do laundry as well! BLAH!!
Danielle fasting is good for you just be careful to not go too long and to drink plenty of water. Take care.
Where did you read that Lora? That is too funny!!
Hope everyone has a great day!
Oh just counting down the days until we fly to Washington for two days worth of signings at the Smithsonian. Also, NPR's Weekend Edition called, and they'd like for me to sit down with Scott Simon for an interview that's scheduled to air this coming Saturday (very flattering!). Thanks also, for the interest in "Final Countdown: NASA and the End of the Space Shuttle Program". It's on Amazon if you wanted to snag a copy.
Pat D
Keep on going on ;-o
: )
Hi Ana, BLAH is right! Ugh. Never enough time. If I could only sell some of my songs and hire a maid... and a cook... and and and
Pat, that's awesome! I may have to wait until it's in the library to borrow, though... unless someone orders a nice BIG website from me in the near future...
Deborah, do you volunteer at the animal shelter?
Debbie, we'll keep you in prayer for a speedy recovery. Drink lots of fluids! Sorry to hear you're under the weather. I lie in bed and watch DVDs when I'm sick... which thankfully is not very often.
Rose, wanna come paing my house? J/K
Why are you fasting?
Is cloudy here and the temperature is 71 a very good day to stay home instead of coming to work. Can say I have any other choice, so I'll try to make the best out of it.
Virginia, what kind of work do you do?
Jean, are you on the East Coast?
Hmmm Harrel, never tried SPAM with Mac & Cheese. In fact, I don't think I've had SPAM in the past two decades! (Unless you count the email sort)
Renda, thanks for dropping by. Have a safe trip to work!
The puppy -- a Bassett Hound -- is 8 weeks old and not weened yet. So, she's still with her mom. We'll probably get her in a week or so.
I have a garden club meeting this afternoon, and some work to do on flyers for our december tree lighting DO at the local city garden.
Usually dont have tuesday off....
so good tuesday morning....
Hope this finds you well and inspired!
Michael D., Nov 13, 2007, 10:25am EST
LOL Me too, Michael!
have a great day,
Anyway, I just finished my Tuesday morning Chamber of Commerce coffee, networked witht he Ethonol Plant construction manager to drum up business for my laundramat, starte negotiating the next years lease with my tenant of my building, and now I'm working on claims for my husband until it's time to get my kids from school. Then, I'm helping my daughter and her friend prepare for their act in the variety show for Friday night. I was just supposed to be a stay at home mom, baking cookies etc. I can't believe I'm doing all this. This was not the plan.....
Harrel: I'm in Indianapolis if you'd like a sloppy joe. I'm not big on it, but it's a meal the whole fam will eat. They typically don't like what I like. I'm more the lemon chicken or blackened tilapia or jumbalaya. They are hamburgers & french fries people.
Veronica: I know how you feel. I stayed at home for a while, got bored and started working part time. Somehow I ended up on salary doing 50+ hours a week and doing everything I did as a stay-at-home mom as well. It's tough and busy, but I guess we'll be able to look back one day and say we did it all.
Our pup is 8 weeks and weaned... but maybe only just. I have no idea. But he eats and drinks and poops and pees just fine... LOL
Michael, you have my sympathy. And don't knock it... a paycheck is a good thing. Slaves don't get THAT!
; )
Lou Anne, your garden club sounds like fun!
Marilyn, I swear by using Adaware, Spyware Blaster and Spybot Search & Destroy... but the third one does not play nice with Norton.
Anne, that does sound like a lot of work! Good luck!
Wow, Veronica! You sure could never be called a slacker! You do more before noon than a lot of people manage in a week!
Jessica, amazing you find time to drop in and see us as busy as you are!
; )
Harrel, you're a scream. Do you make your wife laugh as much as you make us laugh? If you don't, why not?
; )
