Honestly, I didn't know a thing about this until I (well, actually, until Laura) stumbled across this article at Scalzi.com. Afterwards, I still don't know what to say about it except 'wow... they built a museum for THAT?'.

Apparently, dinosaurs were around with the Egyptians. You'd think they'd've made mention of that on their heiroglyphs.

I went to the web site it totally weirded me out ! It's weird because how do they explain germs and viruses that evolve and mutate !!

Good timing Austin. Turner Classic Movies is showing "Inherit the Wind" this month, which is about the Scopes Trial in Tennessee, where this "controversy" all began, at least through the American court system. My only answer to anyone who actually believes this stuff is to ask them to count the lines in the Grand Canyon on their next visit, and tell me how long it takes to get to 6000, and how much canyon is left. If that doesn't baffle them, I ask them if they know how long it takes the heat from the center of the Sun to reach the Earth!
