I know there is no exact numbers available, but from your experience would you say you get more points from making a comment on an image or posting an image and recieving comments.
Example 1:
I comment on 100 unique pictures today.
Example 2:
I post 1 image and get 100 comments from you all on it.
Which one would get me more points do you think?
Same thing for articles.

But I think it also makes a difference, when you rate things, or when others rate your stuff, instead of leaving no rating..
But I am thinking that probably the comments to your stuff, from others, would get you more points, than when you leave comments. Altho, I have spent a lot of time leaving comments, and seen my points go up quite a bit from just that.
I comment on 100 unique pictures today.
You will get 40 points, also depends on the comment length.
Example 2:
I post 1 image and get 100 comments from you all on it.
There is no point for image submission. 20 points
Which one would get me more points do you think? Articles and videos give you more healthy points. Length of the comment does matter.
Page views are also counted.
If you stick to one member's postings and material. you will get more accurate counts as compared to 1 comment for multiple members.
I can tell on my account. Some days I spend more time making
comments and other days I'm busily posting articles and images.
What makes it harder to determine, too, is that the points aren't
always showing up right after you do something. So that trying
to figure out what activity is getting you the most points is next
to imposstible to figure out.
But knowing that "participation" is the key to getting points, I try
to publish AND comment both as much as I can each day.
And I would like to see more photos because I don't have time or want to take the time to search for something to comment on - so often I skip you.
If you posted new stuff you would get more comments - from all of us.
