Assuming that you have made 3000 in one calendar month, you have to wait until Gather contacts you to switch to cash. This could take a while, but once you get the email and fax them back the info, it changes really quickly. (I think that it took over a month for me to get the email)
First, you have to have accumulated 3000 in one month.
I don't think that you have to do is multiple months in a row, since I was offered the option after the first month that I did it.
I have read rumors that they don't offer it to everyone that makes the 3000, but have never heard of anyone that has not been offered after they make it.
So, until you get 3000 in one month, you are stuck with GC's. Sorry Glen:(

Does that only have to happen once? Or do you need some kind of track record of 3000+ points per month?
What happens if the next month you get less than 3000? Do you get relegated back to the prize system?
