I wish I had a picture to show you, but we don't have access to a camera. But trust me, this is very delicious!
- 1 lb elbow macoroni (you can use other pasta, we prefer elbow macroni).
- 1 lb ground turkey, or other ground meat (we prefer turkey, it's cheap & healthier)
- 1 Family size can of Mushroom soup
- 1 8-oz block of cream cheese
- Cook and drain macroni, set aside
- Cook, spice and drain ground turkey, set aside
- Pour soup into a pot, on medium high heat. Add 1/2 - 3/4 can of water (I don't do exactly 3/4 but I do a little more than half a can - if you do too much water, it will be too liquidy).
- Cut cream cheese into smaller squares and blend with mushroom soup (you can put the whole block in, but it'll take longer for it to melt).
- Mix cream cheese/mushroom soup mixture until well blended.
- Pour meat into soup mixture and mix together.
- Pour meat/soup mixture over cooked elbow macroni and serve with a side salad.

I made this last night. It can be made with sour cream (in fact that's what most recipes say to do) but the cream cheese is what gives it that needed "zing".
You also can use milk instead of water, but milk is so expensive, why waste it? The cream cheese gives it such a creamy taste, that the milk is not needed. =)
