WHAT have I been UP TO?!

I've been SO boring.  I've been writing libraries because I decided all the libraries of the English speaking parts of the entire world should have HOLLYWOOD SINNERS on hand for those who can't afford the $9.95, themselves.

I hit up California, first. That took many days work. Boy do they have a lot of counties.  I did Alaska and was upset that the largest library system there, Anchorage, doesn't let you make a "purchase request" without having a library card number.  And there wasn't any other way to get through either.  Not even an email listed anywhere.  If anybody here on Gather has an Anchorage library card, please tell them to get my book!!!!!!

I looked at the library here and couldn't find it. How would I go about requesting your book? I'll do it for you. It's in Wyandotte County, but I looked for it at the western wyandotte branch.

Every library is a little different. I have to crack each nut (library website) as I get to it, myself. If it's right in your own area you can just call on the phone, I guess, and ask for a librarian.

Wow! You are a hard worker! I really hope this pays off in a major way for you. I know that there are many of us who enjoy just reading how you've spent your time, so your novel must be even more enchanting. And I'm sorry I haven't bought it yet. Maybe I'll get my son to buy it for me for Xmas. Or just because he loves me. :)

Now now Peter. You should have buzzed me up. We could have gotten into some really nasty savory stuff. From Alaska to Nebraska to Cali to New York and every place in between. Jumped a flight and done Europe and had a blast! Next time give me a jingle.
Have you thought about selling the mailing list when you're finished compiling it?
