I can hear the owner's directions to a friend:

"Okay, so you get off I-40 and go west on First Street for about two miles. Then, at Second Street, take a right and look for the giant, obnoxious TOILET. That's our place. Just park next to the empty Charmin roll out front. You'll have to ring the doorbell, and that's actually a commode handle. It'll make a flushing sound, but it's normal."
