My walking is very unsteady do to having multiple sclrosis. i am so happy my new nerologist seen this in Septheber when I first saw him. he had me stand in place and I almost fell down. Then he had me walk. I did ok without my cain but not to far. I have to say I am doing somewhat better since I have started this. My balance is a lot better.

My advice for you is if it is helping and not making anything worse...KEEP AT IT! That is a blessing!
I have never had pt but know others who it has helped!
I've had physical therapy twice - once it didn't really help at all and eventually I stopped going, but the other time it did truly help a lot and you'll know if something hurts or seems to hurt too much. Let your therapist know, so that they can take it all into consideration and taylor the therapy spefically for you. Good luck!
BUT I do understand..my oldest sis has MS.
Here to PIF (yes, I know I'm late, but I'm playing catch up tonight)
