Put Your Fellow Gatherites In a Short Story!

Good evening my fellow Gatherites!

I’m working on a short story just for the fun of it. It’s one that evolved out of another story that might be a more serious write, but as I was writing it, one of the character struck me as very similar to someone I know in Gather. No, I won’t tell you stop asking.

So here is what I’m going to do.

Part One

Protagonist. (The Hero of the story. )

Protector of protagonist ( the person who says, don’t go on the adventure)

Minor character ( person who tells hero not to go, and offers some background on mythical things)

Part Two

Antagonist. ( The person most likely to kill the hero)

Henchmen ( Three cohorts of the Evil One)

Local official ( someone who is control of things and people in a small area)

Local Mage ( spiritual guide in the small area)

Love interest ( the person who is romantically connected to the hero)

Sacrificial Lamb. This is a person kin to the love interest. Must be same gender.

As an aside, I wouldn’t normally care if we were doing same sex love interest, we might even have a lot of fun with it. However, the story line demands that the genders be different.

Now, here are the rules: At 7:00PM tonight, Eastern Time, I will accept the first candidates offered to me for the rules suggested. You are allowed to nominate one person from Gather to fill one of the roles.

Email me within the Gather eMail System and I will put the person you nominated into that role when I post the story.

The catch: I have eleven slots to fill. I am going to take the first eleven candidates. If you nominate someone for a position already filled, then your candidate isn’t chosen.

Also: And here is the fun part. I’m plan on writing in five people who get killed in the story. I’ll take nominations for corpses until midnight. These will be done openly under the comments section of this post, so anyone who objects to being roadkill can opt out. I’ll email the other nominees to see if they mind, before I post the article.

This is for fun so I am open for suggestions.
