Belief Versus Knowing

Cleaning house and other chores can always wait, spending time with our loves should always come first.

I get so sick of cleaning the house! If you have woods, you are right to enjoy them!

Some things (like a clean house) are not necessarily worth knowing, especially if there's something better to know....like the Great Outdoors.

I once knew a clean house but not much anymore. LOL

Have a great day outside. It feels ok outside to me also not to hot and not to cold. I went out to take my trash out, I just don't like being by myself along outside in my neighborhood in my condition.

I used to be so anal about the cleanliness of our home. There was a place for everything and everything was in it's place. Somewhere along the way I realized that although it was very important to me, it wasn't as big a deal for my family. So, I relaxed my standards and I don't worry about it as much. BUT.... from a Feng Shui point of view, Clutter IS a big deal.

Enjoy your ride. The housework will still be there. It never goes away.

OMG...Miracles by Jefferson Starship is my all time favorite song.....songs come and to but not this one. I can hear this song today and boy oh boy does the memories from the 70's come flooding back to my mind. My husband and I will be married 27 years the 30th of this month and this was/is our song. Oh, I am sorry the article was not about this song was it (hehe)? I believe in miracles as much as anyone! I am a clean freak but with these warm days in November I am outside more too. I do not like fall and I hate winter. I do 'believe and know' colder days are ahead so I can clean my house when I can not get out unless..........I 'believe and know' I will be on this computer so it probably won't get cleaned then but that does not matter because I 'believe and know' it will always be there waiting on me!

Being aware of miracles brings more of them to you. It was beautiful here in SC today too. I got to walk across the parking lot to the local cafe for lunch.

All words are metaphor...they reflect the user's current reality. I may define "belief" as a current knowing, open to belief-system upgrades, OR I can say that my "knowing" is beyond question (absolute) and I am closed to a larger knowing that would include the previous level, but not be limited to it. At this point, should I lack an inclusive orientation, I am likely defending this inflexible "knowing" against all comers who differ in their knowing...and the conflicts continue.

TODAY, I "believe" (a current opinion) it is less important to get bogged down in defending definitions, labels, or "isms," and be in gratitude for everything that shows up in my life...especially including that which I would have not consciously chosen.

Why do we call kindred persons "soul-mates," and not those who push all our inner emotional buttons? Which group facilitates more introspection and potential growth: clones or antagonists? Until more recent periods, I never liked the button-pushers. I have come to appreciate them, however, as "opportunistic soul-mates."
