Good Morning Gather or Audrey's Crazy Coffee Club

Good Saturday morning.  I really wanted to sleep later but by 8 o'clock the Hawkeye express was tooting its way to Kinnick stadium for the Iowa Hawkeyes game with Minnesota today.  I am glad I won't be there because it is cold out.  Still 31 degrees and it is almost 9 o'clock.

What I will do today is some housework  and maybe  get rid of some dead plants outside.  They are well frozen off now. And I will go to the gym for my workout.  How about you?

Hot & Humid today & 80's. But lately this last week it was cold & we had the fireplace going to warm up the house.

Hm...I have no weekend plans. Homework. Trying to think of something that I can ask Jake to do without it looking too date like, but it being just the two of us. xD I'm thinking video games at my house...lol.

Supposed to be low 50s this afternoon here. I guess for this time in November that isn't bad. We have had snow in past years by this time.

Audrey: Yes, we're both big gamers. ^_^ Him more than me, but I figured we can go rent some games and then just hang out and play them, even though he'll beat me at most of them. I'll make him play Guitar Hero 'cause I know that I'm better than him at that one...hehe.

hello! my son woke me by getting in my face and saying "wakie up", then jumped out of bed and yelled "pancake"
now that breakfast is over. We are taking my daughter to sign her up for ballet class and then this afternoon we have our family picture to be taken. We might eat out for dinner. I don't know yet.

I have been hering sirens for the last half hour and that means someone, probably coming to the game today and living it up has had or caused an accident. I don't like football days here in town. Stay off the roads until the game is in progress.

I've finally adapted to the time change. I usually rise about 4 to walk my dogs even though I don't have to be at work until 8:30. Usually, I use the time to do some writing, catch up on emails, load the slow cooker or do a little housekeeping. This week, though, I've needed a morning nap every day until today. I've also been getting tired early and going to bed early. Doesn't make much sense, does it? Extra sleep in the morning, extra sleep at night. I don't think my body has ever been so much out of whack before. Now I've got a nice loaf of bread baking and I'm catching up on a ton of email that's been pretty much untouched this week. So far, it's been a pretty fun day.
Because I am late, I am going to grab coffee and run. Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.
