This was written inside a fortune cookie that my daughter-in-law was given. It became the theme for us for quite some time. On June 19th 2006, my grandson was born very sick. Our family came together and supported each other through this crisis in our life.
On this day after Thanksgiving , I am thankful for my family and especially for my grandson who showed us that miracles can happen. So in honor of my family, I am posting 5 video/slideshows of scenes from a very tough part of our life and 1 video/slideshow of this years Thanksgiving day. I had thought I lost all those hospital pictures but luckily I found them. I plan on putting them on a disc and giving them to my son and DIL as a special gift to remind them of their special gift.
I will warn you, if you watch the videos/slideshow, they may make you sad. But please don't be sad, because tough times never last but tough people do.

Slideshow 6- Thanksgiving 2007
Our little snot nosed miracle. He had been crying because he wanted to eat.

I don't know how I would have made it through those tough times without my boyfriend. He took on my family as his own. He was very supportive to all of us.

Me and my son. He grew up real fast during our crisis. Now he is a great dad to his two little boys.
Me and our little miracle. Hes happy now because he had a full tummy.

Me and Jordyn, our curley-headed bundle of energy. He was such a good boy during our crisis and he won the hearts of many of the nurses at the hospital.

A picture that I thought would never happen. Now they are a very happy family.

My two beautiful grandsons. Can you tell the little one wasn't happy about sitting still for the picture?

Thank you for looking at a very special piece of my life. I am very thankful for my family.
