1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
3 Cans Turkey Gravy
2 Cups Seasoned Bread Stuffing
¾ cup Chicken Broth
2 lbs Ground Turkey
10 oz Frozen Chopped Spinach (thawed and squeezed)
1 ½ tsp Dried Sage
½ tsp Pepper
In bowl toss stuffing mix and chicken broth until evenly moistened. Add remaining ingredients, mix until well blended.
Shape into patties about 1 – 1 ½ inches thick. Brown in oil on both sides. Add gravy.
Simmer for about 30 minutes until burgers are no longer pink.
* I usually need to use two skillets and a can and a half of gravy in each, or if you would like more gravy - use two cans per skillet. These are excellent with mashed potatoes. A family favorite of ours!
