I am resubmitting this photo for this particular topic.

 

Tukota is a true white buffalo. The Sioux Indians believe this to be the most sacred living creature you can ever encounter. You can read about Tukota here:
The photo was taken earlier this year when Darling Husband and I spent a weekend in a cabin in a Tupelo park. If you live in this area and you've never been to the park you should go.

Rare and wonderful. I loved seeing Bison in the snow in South Dakota! Shame about the fence and tag . . . without which it would be like a look back in time!

I agree about the fence and the tag. One good thing, though, is I know these people take very good care of the animals they have at the park.
