Title: Apple Glaze for Pork Chops
Description:
I was making pork chops & I have heard of pork chops & applesauce & so that is where I got the idea. It makes your house smell like hot apple cider :o)
Ingredients:
pork chops
1 can Tree Top Apple Juice concentrate (not made with water....)
1 cup water
salt to taste
lemon pepper to taste
apple pie spice to taste (contains cinnamon, nutmeg, & allspice)
worchestershire sauce
Directions:
Put pork chops in a big deep frying pan. Poke holes in the pork chops with a fork. Cover with worchestershire sauce. Sprinkle salt, lemon pepper, & apple pie spice over the chops. Pour apple juice concentrate 1st over top the chops & then the water over top & let boil until chops turn whitish (cooked). (The slower you cook it the better, boil if want to cook faster). Drain most of the juice mixture out with ladle & discard. Leave a little bit of the juice & brown the pork chops. The juice will become a glaze. Coat the chops & then eat up!! :o)
I think it is super yummy!!!
Number Of Servings:however many you want
Preparation Time:probably a half hour to an hour tops
