Cardio training is determined by keeping your heart rate within the training zone (check with your doc for that, or a fitness chart at any gym) for at least 20 min...

Walking doesn't seem to have the same effect for me, not sure why. I could walk all day and it doesn't matter. I think I need to get my heart going and relieve stress. I do a combo of walking and running so I guess that is acceptable. Thanks for this tip, look forward to them!
