My husband works nights & so he rarely eats with us...

I have noticed that kids are mainly vegetarian...hardly like to eat meat.
Something that I make sometimes is raman...but I do it differently & I add things to it.
Here is how I do my raman recipe... ;o)
2 packages raman (any flavor...I usually do chicken, but tonight I did oriental)
1/2 yellow bell pepper chopped up
1/2 orange bell pepper chopped up
half a bag of frozen peas & carrots (1 lb bag)
I put water into the pot (doesn't matter how much...) and I put the heat on med high to get it to boil...I add the frozen and fresh veggies right away & wait for it to boil. When it starts boiling I add the noodles. Cook for around 4 or 5 min. Then take off heat & drain all the water (I use a strainer spoon...(cause these noodles can fall through a collonder pretty easily... When all the water is out I add 2 tsps of Country Crock margarine to the noodle mix. Then I add the seasoning packets. I test the flavoring after 1 1/2 packs...if the taste is not strong enough add the whole 2 packettes ;o). Mix all together & voila! ;o)
I think it tastes pretty good & my daughter inhaled hers LOL!
Anyway that is what I do...what are your secrets? I have added egg too sometimes.
What is your favorite raman flavor? Mine would be chicken ;o)

A while back I had some at a friends house, but when I was a kid we had them all the time.
my husband doesn't like them tho, so we don't buy them, but that sounds soo good with all that other stuff mixed in!!
But I like cheese with everything :)
I don't eat ramen much, but if I do it's usually the spicy lime variety.
Ramen is alright, chicken is my favorite flavor, then beef.
I wish I knew how to make sphagetti.
Wow, seems a great cuisine for the dinner, I like noodles but never tasted one that you had. Well, try to look for the recipe.
Thanks
