Bill Clinton has made the claim that Hillary was swiftboated at the debate last week. Come on, this is the most outrageous claim to date. I mean who would have imagined that someone would expect a presidential cantidate to actually answer a question. The fact is as the Hillary camp has made its first stumble they are trying to spin it to be everyone elses fault. It is the fault of the Clinton Machine whose trademark is to not give a straight answer on anything and now that everyone has caught on they are being held accountable. The only swiftboating that was occuring was from Hillary who wanted to make it through the primary with out taking a position on pretty much anything, but she got caught perpetraiting this fraud and is being held accountable.

I don't think criticism on the license issue is "Swiftboating", tho I do feel her answer IS an accurate one. She is not endorsing or denouncing it - but, is saying that it is wrong that Congress couldn't get a reform bill passed and that that is why we are forcing states to take such measures.
In a continuation of our state-by-state patchwork, NY is looking to join several other (8, I believe) states that try to address it that way, AZ is set to start enforcing employer-based sanctions, etc.
Well I don't know how she could have said anything else, but if you want to call that accountability, the understatement will suffice for a loose interpretation.
Now, it may be that the Smeal/Ferraro play was planned with campaign knowledge, but I'm guessing not. And, Bill may have spoken to Hillary about it, but again, I'm guessing not.
And sure, she - and her campaign - are going to try whatever they can to get elected. Just as every viable candidate is. They step over the line into illegality or unethical or immoral actions, then we SHOULD talk. (Whichever side of the aisle it is on.)
And, David, she did answer the question. It is too bad that some questions don't lend themselves to black and white answers.
She did not answer the question. She wanted it both ways. Just like she will not address any issue with her opinion. Just the same we have to look at all options crap.
You did not like her answer. But, and this may be the crux of the matter, the Bush Administration reluctantly signed off on Spitzer's plan; did they have no choice because it complied with federal law? And, if that's the case, then Hillary's answer is more valid and honest and complete than any candidate for federal office posing for the base.
No health insurance - NO job.
$5000 savings account for every child
Do we want someone like that in the White House? She wants to invade Iran for no other reason than they might someday may think about building a nuke and joining the nuke frat. sometime in the future.
is this objective? tell us mad dog
Grasping at straws here Dude. how low an IQ are you trying to feed, when you claim Bill and Hillary are on different pages in a campaign.
