Ugg Boots and Footwear Not so Ugly Anymore

Is it just me or are ugg boots evolving a bit, I was just checking out the new styles online and well they are less "ugly" than previous choices. Uggs boots originated in australia for surfers. The boots provided comfort and warmth to them when they emerged from the ocean after surfing add the ease of taking them off and putting them on and they became a hit. Fast forward to today Ugg boots have been seen on stars such as Katie Holmes, Sarah Jessica Parker and Jessica Simpson. Fashinistas all over the world have said yes to Uggs. Many people still had trouble jumping on board, why? well because they are ugly and slumpy and when they are older the just don't look as nice as some of the other boot syles.

I love the idea of Uggs they are soft, comfortable and do not cause damage to your tooties like so many of the other more popular styles. I did however have a problem with their apperance though. I always said if they just made something a little less boxy I would jump on board and buy a pair of Ugg boots.

Well Ugg has done just that and just in time for christmas too, how clever of them. The more notable new styles are Ugg Australia Rina, this style has the hint of the older ugg styling but is updated with a criss cross ribbon, making it an easy pairing with dresses or skirts. I also really like Ugg Australia Broome Leather this tall leather boot has more of the styling elements that we are seeing throuhout fall fashion and can easily pair with your favorite skinny jeans. There are so many new styles out there that if the traditional look of Ugg Boots and Footwear were holding you back in the past I urge you to take a fresh look at this longstanding trend.
