This Bush Administration has made the U.S. look utterly disgusting to the rest of the world. One example is our current use of "waterboarding". It is illegal. We prosecuted Japanese officers for using it on our soldiers in WWII and they went to prison for it.
Now we do it. It irritates me the way Bush has run America into the ground to the whole world (since I live here, too).

I do have a curious question though. What do you think would be a better solution to retrieve needed information? What have we done in the past to obtain it?
Maybe in the past we just depended on our own intelligence for info - but it seems we've lost the ability to do that for ourselves anymore.
So in desperation we've turned to torture that we know doesn't work.
