Ever curious to see how a personal trainers schedule works?
Well here goes
- 6am- wake and take supplements, head for gym
- 6:30am- start my workout routine
- 7:30am- Head back home
- 8:00am- Eat breakfast, usually some scramble and toast
- 8:40am- Start cleaning, laundry, household chores
- 9:30am- Watch a little tv or read
- 11:30am- Cook lunch,, usually a small whole wheat pasta dish or sandwich and a large helping of a green veggie
- 12:00pm- scrapbook a little or head outside to catch some vitamin D
- 2:00pm- Make a snack, protien shake and fruit... yogurt... South Beach Snack bar
- 2:30pm- Get ready for work
- 3:30pm- Leave for work
- 4:00pm-9:00pm- Work
- 5:00pm- Dinner, usually a lean protien, cottage cheese and a veggie
- 9:30pm- Return home and watch a lil tv, grab some sugar free fat free cocoa, and a handful of almonds (helps me get to sleep)
- 11:00pm- Hit the sack
