I lived on the east coast for a little while (CT & MA) -- this is one of the things I really miss about the east coast.
This is a lower fat version of the frappe. For those of you that don't know what a frappe is, it's a thick milkshake containing ice cream.

Ingredients
1 cup low-fat strawberry ice cream
1 cup sliced strawberries, fresh or frozen
2 cups skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed to combine.
