I love nachos--full of sour cream, guacamole, salsa, beans, cheese...I think I'll make some for lunch!

In the Tex-Mex capital, we like our nachos with a healthy sprinkling of fajita meat. Preferably beef, but chicken if its good. Jalopenos go without saying. Three kinds of cheeses.
The drink of choice is a Margarita Grande, but an icy cold mug of beer will also work.
