Everyone always asks me about supplements and which ones do I take/recommend... And Honestly I can't tell you that... Every body is different... I can however tell you, you need a stack... What is a stack you ask... Well it's combining supplements so that they work together... GNC puts out 2 great stacks Release and EVO... Honestly the formulas in the 2 are pretty much the same... But if you don't want to shell out all that cash... This is my supplement recommendation (for most people)... CLA (or fish oil), a high quality Whey Protien, and a fat burner (Hot-Rox or Lipo-6... Choose one that works right for you... Also CLA taken just before bed can help burn calories in your sleep... How easy is that... LOL
