update on missing gift card: gather's 1st response

well, gather has responded.. sort of.. about my missing gift card.. here's the email they sent..

Thank you for letting us know.  The woman I would need to ask about the status of your card is out of the office until Monday, but I will ask her then and get back to you.  Thank you for your patience!

At least you know that they have received your email Deanna. I would email them back on Monday, as things are often forgotten.

I bet you are close to redeeming another one now.

Nan, what do you mean you didn't receive yours either. Did you get an empty envelope or did it just not show up?
