Well I just got dumped by another guy. This so sucks. I am so sick of this. Seems like all my life this happens to me. You would think at 40 something it would not. Oh well. I guess I wasted my money. It was on Eharmony. So, feeling bad right now. I mean sad.

I just turned 30 and am scared to death I won't find that right person, so I know what your talking about.
Are there any church groups in your area you could join? Oprah had a show on not to long ago about the 10 best places to meet men and they were odd places. I think one of them was the library.
If I were you I would go about life doing the things you enjoy and not focus on finding that certain someone. You'll never know who you'll bump into while hiking, or checking out a book, visiting a museum, or even stopping at starbucks.

I am in the same boat as Anya. I have feelings for somebody who just wants to be a good friend. He doesn't "see me that way" for any more than special friends. It is hard, and like Anya said, at least you are out there. I can't get out much anymore, and, now I am not even working to meet people. If you can get out and meet people, doing things you enjoy doing, then you still have hope and a chance. Take Care, Hoosiers need to stick together....LOL

As far as the age thing.....don't let it bother you or worry you. It took me 35 years to find one, but when you look at it from his side....he 57 when we met. He had to wait a lot longer and had a marriage or two in the meantime:)
I have kissed a lot of frogs, but you know what?? I have learned something about either myself or what I want with each and everyone of them. When I look at it that way, it doesn't feel so bad.
