1/3 cup reduced fat sour cream
½ small ripe banana, cut into chunks
1 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
2 cups sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or a combination of these
Ground cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)
- Combine the sour cream, banana and juice concentrate in a blender. Cover. Blend until smooth.
- Place berries in two serving dishes. Top with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg.
