According to an article from this month's Womans Day magazine, you can breathe away the blues. Here are the tips:
1)Choose a quiet comfortable spot.
2)Turn your mind to your breath. Inhale through your nose and exhale out your mouth.
3)Picture a loving image. Whatever "love" means to you.
4)Inhale as you focus on that picture. Breathe in slowly and with every breath your mind will feel calmer.
5)Keep breathing slowly and feel yourself fill with joy. Repeat when you are feeling low........
