I actually got to the park for about an hour in between rain showers! I was so excited! Of course it got dark so quickly then, but I still had a great walk, and got some good pictures as well!
Here is the path leading into the park, (there are other's too, but this was the path from the parking lot).

As I was walking along, I spotted a beautiful pink hibicus! Love that color!
And right to the left of the hibiscus, (I almost stepped on it...) was this big beautiful group of mushrooms!

As I followed the trail, I soon came to my favorite spot...the bridge. It's my favorite spot because I love to stand up there and watch the ducks!
Before I noticed any ducks though, I spotted a palm tree that had fallen over...

And speaking of ducks...
I tried to get a good photo of this guy, and the female, but this was the best out of all of them. I didn't get a good photo of the female either...what is the name of this duck? It's the prettiest duck I have ever seen. I watched them for a long time!
Of course there were a lot of ducks and different birds to look at as well...

I also spotted a heron too!!
and a closer view...
Here is the fountain that is in the pond too.

And a view from the bridge.
As I was on my way throguh the rest of my park after observing the birds, I spotted thislittle plantgrowing near the water,
Not sure what it is though.
By this time it was starting to get dark, I tried to take a couple more photos as I walked to the car.
A great little spot to sit and enjoy the pond .

Picture of a trail I took with the flash on.

Another night shot, this one was fuzzy though.
And that concluded my walk through Arlington Park. As I was leaving the park I snapped just last photo...
Not the best photo in the world, but there it is,...the moon in the sky!! Hope you enjoyed taking a walk with me through Arlington Park!
