I watched a show last week about death. This is not the first time for me, but this was different. Oprah put a special twist on this with Dr. Oz's help. Their caring struck me in a way like never before.
I am embarrassed to say that most of the people that were dying or faced death had a more positive outlook and were more productive than I am on my best days. This did teach me something and it left its footprints on my heart as I watched these people, particularly Randy Pausch tell their stories.
I truly admire Professor Pausch and have never met anyone with his spirit. It does not seem fair that he has been afflicted like this.
What really struck me was how physically fit and alert he is.
Though I don't know him, I like many around the world, was touched by his story. So much so, I was moved to pray for his family and for him. He has a place in my heart. I wish there was some way to help him.
If you missed this show, you should see it, so here's the link:

His farewell lecture has been downloaded almost more than anything else on the Internet right now. Makes you think! Speaking of that, let me know what you think!
Here's his lecture, as well:

This stood out because it was special and heartfelt. I wonder if he's on any other TV shows. That photo of him was taken Oct. 27th.
May God Bless their family!!!!!!
Thank you so very much for this!
Praise God for restoring your health!
