What's on your TV?

I can't believe out of over 200 channels, there's hardly anything worth watching on the TV.  There's nothing even remotely interesting to watch on Saturday nights... I flipped through the channels and finally found back to back reruns of Law & Order SVU, so Im watching that,  I love SVU, so I'm fine with that, but I just can't believe there's nothing else worth watching LOL   What are you watching?

I couldn't find anything either. We even have shotime free preview this weekend and nothing there either! We ended up watching a dvd.

I have the same problem! I am watching the movie 'It' right now. But may switch over to SVU soon now that I know that it's on.

I watched the Blob today. After that I turned the tv off because nothing's on worth watching.

If you subscribe to Netflix, you can watch TV shows on-demand on your computer. It's included in your plan, no extra cost (at least for the firsy few hours-- if you pay $13 a month, you get 13 free hours, etc.). I used Netflix to watch two episodes of Heroes tonight.

Well, I watched SVU for a few hours, and then Sex And The City..and went to bed early..well, early for me anyway at 1:30 lol

I wish I could do the Netflix thing and watch stuff on my computer, but my roomie has crappy DSL with the slowest speed they offer in the house and I can't even watch Youtube videos half the time because everything stops and stars and sputters while it tries to stream. I'm working on getting him to upgrade though I reaaaally miss my cable modem!!!

I switched from Direct TV to Cable. I got it all. 270 channels. There was nothing to watch, so I went to basic cable. Now, there nothing to watch, cheaper. I don't watch much television but if you want to buy a magic mop I'm sure one the channels will sell it to you, "And that's not all."

actually, in my other house before I moved in with my roomie, I had just basic cable for a long time.. I paid about 50.00 a month for the cable and my internet together and it was fine..there wasn't much on, but I didn't expect much cuz I only had basic...but I did miss TNT, TBS, ABC family, Nick AT nite.. stuff like that.. then when I first moved in here, from August until the 2nd of October I had NO CABLE AT ALL.. so no TV at all cuz I had no antenna or anything on my TV.. I just watched DVDs and read a lot more.. and it was fine. Now I'm paying 65.00 a month for DirecTV and there's nothing on a lot of the time either. LOL
