HOT CURRIED FRUIT
This a great side dish to serve with your holiday ham. Delicious and sooo easy!
1-29 oz. can peach halves
1-29 oz. can pear halves
1-15 1/2 oz. can sliced pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges, or 2 peeled oranges, sliced
1/3 cup butter
1 Tbsp. curry powder
2/3 cup brown sugar
Drain all fruit and combine in 9x13 casserole. Combine butter, curry and brown sugar in a saucepan; melt and pour over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered, for 45 minutes. Serves 10.

Thanks for commenting! This makes a really nice contrast to all the usual side dishes I serve during the holidays. My daughter loves it and son won't touch it :0). I think it's for the more "mature" palates!!!
