Good thing they had John Farrell on their bench for the ACLS. Think Belichick is willing to publish the Patriots' playbook online? Same thing. The Indians gave the series away before the season even stared when they didn't restrict Farrell to to talking with NL teams only. Good luck while it lasts - too many Bosox getting old.

The 8 day layoff didn't help the Rockies either. Playing on 5 days' rest or less the results would definitely be different.

excuses excuses, Im sick of everyone blamming it on the rest, what the has a weeks rest, and forgot how to play baseball? Practice.

You've obviously never been involved with sports. Momentum is everything.

Still doesn't explain Farrell & the Indians' scouting department sitting on the Boston bench no way they win tech ALCS w/o him. Not Boston's fault - it's Cleveland's own (un)doing.
Doesn't change the fact that without him they're home watching Cleveland & Colorado either.

You obviously dont know me, I played baseball with the boys... not softball baseball in a league. I also do think momentum plays a factor but to be the best, you have to beat the best, and to beat the best you have to play your best.. If you can only play your best w/o a break then you are not the best.
