This is a little house I stumbled across in south St. Louis, in the Carondelet neighborhood. It is completely different than anything else I else have found in the City. For openers, everything built in St. Louis after the great fire of 1849 was brick. My guess is that this house was part of the village of Carondelet before it was incorporated into the City.
