William Shakespeare. It is thought that he was born in 1564 in Henley Street in Stratford upon Avon. He died on his birthday, April 23, 1616 at the age of 52. He was layed to rest alongside his wife and other family members.

He was buried within the Trinity Church Chancel, bacause he was a lay rector of the parish and not because he was a famous person.

I thought it was Shakespeare when I first read it but did not feel confidant enough to answer. Glad to see my gut was right - unless everyone else is wrong - lol.
