The book is called Anatomy of a Trend and has just been published in the United States by McGraw-Hill. The book explains how and why changes in our tastes take place. In the book, I tell the story of how different music genres became popular – from disco to rap – and who the trendsetters were. One of the points that I make is that there are actually predictable patterns behind every trend. With the book I want the reader to be able to recognize an emerging trend, evaluate it, and make predictions about it.
