As a diabetic, it's important for me not to skip meals, but I have always - even as a kid - had a problem with eating breakfast. I just don't like eating early in the morning. I've trained myself to do it, though, and most days I manage to eat something for breakfast.
I tend to not eat many traditional breakfast foods at breakfast time, mostly because I don't eat a lot of breads. So, I pretty much eat whatever suits me every morning.
This morning, breakfast is a baked sweet potato with a sliver of butter and low-fat sour cream and a 4-ouce portion of broiled pork chop left over from last night's dinner.
So....
What did YOU have for breakfast this morning?

Gabby, I wish I could eat bell peppers. I usually wind up cooking with them, then pushing them to the side. They kill me.
Donna, that sounds wonderful. I should eat more oatmeal, but I tend to only eat it when it's cold outside here.
