
Join the Longwood Symphony Orchestra, Kokugikan Sumida Choral Society, Chorus Boston and New World Chorale under guest Japanese conductor Shunji Aratani in a special international collaboration concert on Friday, October 26, 2007 at 8:00 p.m. at Symphony Hall, Boston. This concert is a benefit for Melanoma Education. Pre-concert melanoma educational activities will begin at 6:30 in the Hatch Room, Symphony Hall.
Join the combined 125 voices from Tokyo and Boston and the Longwood Symphony, with soloists Yuna Matsubara, Jan Wilson, Ray Bauwens and Robert Honeysucker in a performance of Beethoven's Symphony No. 9, with Maestro Aratani conducting.
