CORN PUDDING SOUFFLE
I got this recipe from my Aunt Maria. Would be a great addition to your Thanksgiving menu, tastes great and really easy.
1 #2 can cream style corn
1 #2 can whole kernel corn and liquid
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 stick butter, melted
salt and pepper
1 pkg. Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
Combine and pour into an 8-inch buttered souffle pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1-1/4 hours.
Check doneness. Might take a little longer.

Sour cream AND cheddar cheese? Sounds pretty good. Hope you will post it!

This recipe is a tradition on our Thanksgiving dinner menu. But I'm open to try anything with sour cream & cheddar cheese!!! :0)
