New York State Governor Spitzer Proposing and Lobbying Hard to Grant Drivers Licenses to Immigrants whom are non documented. The Popular term is Illegal, or illegal immigrant whom people refer to in this case. It goes a bit deeper, and the argument is whether to grant Drivers Licenses to Immigrants whom are considered "Illegal" or a person residing in a community or city whom does not have all proper legal documents from a passport, current Visa, Ect., Ect.
There is not the same or fair treatment for Americans going to, living in, working in Mexico, to have the same equal rights, but here in the United States, the argument is one sided: You are either considered anti immigrant, some say prejudice, but it is not that. Or You are for all Ways to grant Papers to legalize citizens of Other Countries whom either have expired their Visas, or Crossed into the United States without using the proper procedures.
This is a difficult Issue, and needs to be address in a different way than the way Governor Spitzer has been lobbying for this to Pass as Legislation. Some Senators have been for the Granting of Drivers Licenses to Immigrants whom are without documentation, and some Senators have been keeping their distance on the issue itself. Some Senators, one in particular running for President has yet to make a statement regarding this issue being she is a Senator of the State, Mrs. Clinton. So what is it, and why have the leaders and media been slow on the responses or arguments against this Issue.
First the Nation is Still at War. It is important that the Nation soon end War that way reforms can move forward. How can during a War, this Issue be right in the spotlight challenging the American Residents whom have been paying into the system through taxes.
The Argument on this post is not about Immigration, but about the Granting of Drivers Licenses to Citizens whom are without legal paperwork.
Why Not then grant the Citizens from Mexico a Temporary ID Card without Deportation while the Process of Reforms continue to Move forward?
Instead the Governor wants More than the ID, but the Drivers License, and as He talks about the Legalities Of it, then Why Not Issue the ID rather than the Drivers License?
You Can't. The Reason is in case a person committed a crime whom is still not considered legal while having a ID that is Legal for New York, then the State would be Liable against, and for damages.
So Instead, since the State is unable to grant a ID because of that liability, the Governor cleverly moved away from the ID's to the Drivers License, and is "All for It".
The Argument and some of the fears of citizens in Other States other than New York is by granting the drivers licenses to immigrants without all the proper documents, that it will change how their States are run. To Add, Auto Insurance will change, and National Security is not even mentioned on this issue one state versus the other state in the United States, while One State is trying to dictate, legally or illegally, on this issue.
What is the determination, and without prejudice People are concerned that if the Drivers Licenses are granted in One State, what will the ripple affect be on the Other States, and on the State of New York? How will these Driver Licenses be recognized in Other States?
The Issue Itself for all the other issues going on while a War is going, Overseas, economically, and having not to do with the issue of Immigration, it is Cosmopolitan for Governor Spitzer to continue this ridiculous posing being for the Issue when He knows that How is he going to grant a drivers license to an immigrant without all the legal papers if he cannot legally give him an ID?
Then the Issue itself angers people on all sides of the issue, but most people are talking about and writing about fairly on the issue and the impact with the facts. While the War Overseas Continues, the government won't stop the Wars, continues to tell us to commit more duty and service, have not honored all the servicemen and women entirely for their duty by the stalling of the War, and while continuing to ask the People for more duty and finances, it is only fair that all Immigration be reformed first before granting out a drivers license in any state, especially New York, especially New York Until the War's are Concluded (at Reconstruction Phases)
Today, it is the third day of Fire Storms throughout the Southland from San Diego to Malibu, LA, Orange and San Bernandino, Riverside Counties covering More square Miles than New York City, Who are you kidding Governor, and What are You doing?
Maybe that will force the Government to put an end to the Wars Overseas, instead of imposing New Wars on us, consistently, this one the obvious, then reforms can move forward for people whom want to immigrate, and work, and reside here in the United States.
